We offer you the flexibility of printing bills of lading in your own office by sending you an email attachment of the bill.

Bill of Lading Release Procedure

Once registered on the above links, you will be contacted by our executive assigned to your business - who shall guide you on further procedure.

Our office will check if all requirements for the approval of your request to release the bills of lading are fulfilled. The bills will then be sent to you via an email attachment.

Your assigned executive will guide you to set up the system and arrange a test print-out.

Bills of Lading printed at your location must be printed on Interport’s pre-printed bill of lading. These will be provided to you by your assigned executive. Additional forms can be requested with the executive.

In case you prefer another branch office, you can mention so in the ‘Application Request’ form.You will be requested to submit the following documents -

  • Two signed originals of Power of Attorney
  • Proof of Insurance, in accordance with section 3 of Power of Attorney

These need to be sent to our Corporate Office address only.
